The Moviment Autèntic Naturista (‘Authentic Naturist Movement’, MAN) is an innovative proposal that gives us greater confidence, contact with ourselves, and inner peace.

The Authentic Movement is a practice that facilitates self-knowledge through body movement and gesture. It suggests listening to us from the body, letting it express itself to make us more aware of our corporeality. Living the experience of the Authentic Naturist Movement generates a deeper integrative awareness, and promotes physical, emotional, and mental well-being with the body freed from the conditioning of clothes.

Dates:

A monthly Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., on the following days: January 28, February 25, March 25, April 29, May 27, and June 17, 2023.

Prices:

Catalan Naturist Club associates: €23

Non-associates: €25 and with a companion €47
