This year’s annual Folk a pèl (‘naked folk dance’) meeting will be held at Mas de la Balma naturist campsite (Montboló, Northern Catalonia) between August 26 and 27; you will find information about the event on the Folk a pèl website and on the CCN website . In order to participate in the festival, from Joves Naturistes we will organize a reservation on our own at the campsite from August 25 to 27, open to any young person who wants to join (prior contact with the organizers of Joves Naturistes and compliance with the Rules of conduct if you have never been to one of our activities).

There are only camping pitches in La Balma, so if you want to participate in our meeting, you should come with your own tent or stay in the tent of someone who brings one and has space available. We can manage this when you contact us, as well as the transport to the campsite (some of us have a license and a car with free spaces). Although our meeting lasts 3 days (2 nights), you can come for just one night or even just a day visit.

La Balma is a place located in the wooded valleys at the foot of Canigó, ideal for disconnecting and enjoying contact with the natural environment. Small mountain streams cross 62 hectares of forest where you can practice nudist hiking freely, in an atmosphere of peace and tranquility shared with people of various nationalities. We have made the following planning for the 3 days we want to spend in La Balma:

Friday 25th

• 9am: start of the journey to La Balma (time of departure from Barcelona)
• 12pm: arrival and installation of the tents
• 2 pm: lunch
• 3-8 pm: meeting with the “Folkapelians” and contribution to the preparations for the Folk a pèl festival
• 9 pm: dinner

Saturday 26th

• 9 am: breakfast
• 10-13h: getting to know the territory / festival activities / buying food (if applicable)
• 2 pm: lunch
• 3 pm: short sleep
• 4-8 pm: festival activities and naked folk dance
• 9 pm: dinner
• 10 pm: continuation of the party in silence?

Sunday 27th

• 9 am: breakfast
• 10-12 pm: excursion through the gorge of Paradise / swimming in the plan d’eau / festival activities
• 12 pm: thanks to Mas de la Balma and farewell
• 12-3 pm: return
• 4-8 pm: lunch and afternoon in Girona

Things to consider:

1. During the stay, we will be able to be flexible with the planning and it will be a good time to meet people. We should also be aware of the community activities that the Mas organizes, such as leisure activities, sports, meals, etc., to be part of them if we feel like it.
2. We will consider the environment, reduce our carbon footprint as much as possible, and avoid altering the ecosystem.
3. It is necessary to agree on the group dynamics to respect each person’s time.
